Dennis & Dee you are two of the nicest people anyone could ever ask or want to have for neighbors! Welcoming us into your home for the annual "New Years Eve" adventure has been a true honor! dee & Dennis put on a murder mystery this past New Year & they went all out. They have a way of making everyone feel like family. Their home is so very inviting, and the meals have to be tried to be believed. Words cannot describe the talent that comes from their kitchen! If you are looking for the best accomidations this side of the Sault, look no further, you'll be glad you did. Thanks to "Princess Fiona for all the hilarious stories. Those Sanfords sure know how to have fun!!

Thanks Dennis and Dee!! the stay was great. Dennis was right I didn't need that snickers bar. Dee's cooking was fantastic. The Beer, dinner, sauna system really works I haven't been to bed by 9pm in years. We all slept like new born babes. Thanks again to Dennis for driving us out to the trails to see which route was best for us to ride our sleds to the Soo. We will see you again soon!!

Thanks Dee & Dennis. What a wonderful place to stay, awesome accomodations and great hosts. We stayed two nights while out snowmobiling. I think we put on 5 lbs each from Dee's cooking. If you are lookig for someplace to stay in Searchmont, look no further. The trails are close and in awesome shape. We will definetly be back. One word of advice: Don't beleive Dee if she says she can't play Euchre. Thanks again.

To Dennis & Dee: First & Foremost THANK YOU for everything that you did to make sure that my stay and hunt was to date the best experience I have ever had hunting and I certainly hope to top that next year when I come back.. Dee.. I am working on getting my wife to come up and spend a weekend with you guys however my only stipulation is she helps out in the kitchen not because you need the help but so she can learn to cook the way that you do.. The food was phenominal and you are truly one of the nicest women I have ever had the pleasure to meet and look forward to coming back for years to come.. See before I used to think that eating was just a bonus and hunting was the primary focus those two outlooks are now flip flopped.. LOL Dennis, Honestly, I must say I was blown away from day 1 at how hard you work to make sure your hunters are happy. I knew the first time that I met you that you were a very stand up kind of guy and I had the chance to experience it first hand. The thing that I would tell made my hunt most enjoyable was the fact that I felt as though I was hunting with a friend not an outfitter just doing his job. Going along with you to bait some of the sights and shut some down truly gave me a very good idea as to how hard you really truly work to be able to get your hunters on bears and of the three of us in camp we all saw bears at some point in our hunt. You can count on me to come back for years to come not only as a hunter but a friend and I look forward to seeing here toward the end of February for the Novi Show!! Thanks Again... Very Much appreciated!!

Dennis and Dee, as always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a nice change of pace to stay with you before riding and the night before heading back to southern Michigan. The suana was absolutely fantastic after the 1000 mile plus ride. As for the ride, it was absolutly great. The trails were perfect, with the exception of the 25 miles of bumps up by Hillsport, were the groomer broke down. Which would still have been about average for a Michigan trail. Out of the 500 mile ride back about 80% of it was on 6 to 12 inches of fresh snow. Anyone that did not get all the riding in this year that they wanted needs to get up to your place for some fantastic late season riding. I really enjoy relaxing in your beutifull home and always enjoy your company and our converations. Meeting Bernie and Maggie was an added bonus. My wife and I are realy looking forward to "our little secret" in the fall. Hopefully it all works out for everyone. It should be a great little reunion. Once again, thanks for your hospitality, your home is beautiful, your cooking fabuous and your company is always enjoyable. Until next time, stay safe and enjoy life,
